Kitsch Castor Oil Shampoo Bar for Hair Growth and Scalp Nourishment - 91g

I’ve never used a Bar Shampoo before, and now I’m wondering why! It takes up a tiny amount of space, (no more bottles everywhere, the whole family can use it!) I keep it in a little soap dish (and it doesn’t go mushy!) and it makes the Bathroom smell nice - and that’s all before we’ve got to what it does for your hair! Firstly, it actually lathers! It makes my fine hair feel really clean, and gives it loads of volume! I also seem to be able to go an extra day without shampooing it! It’s quicker to use, and I can see it lasting much longer than a bottle, I’d estimate 6 months for one person using it 2-3 times a week? So overall it works out cheaper too! I don’t often get excited about new products but this one is a real find! Doubled my hair volume! I bought the Rosemary and Biotin Shampoo Bar for reference. Excellent product!

I was a bit sceptical that this bar would not have enough foaming but it foams up brilliant. It smells fantastic and makes your hair feel so clean and soft. It is a medium sized bar and easy to hold in the shower. Make sure when you finish using it that you put it back into the packaging it came in so you can keep it for longer and away from water, until you next use it. My hair looked lovey after use as I have very fine hair. It is nice to use natural ingredients as Rice is very good for your hair growth. It was easy to wash my hair as you just slide the bar over your hair and it foams up quick. I would recommend as great price and very effective

I love this shampoo bar, I've searched through loads to find one that is scalp gentle, menopause friendly for thinning hair, not overly fragrances and leaves my hair clean not stripped thanks to the rice. Having always washed my hair every day finally those days are over. My only gripe is that it breaks up into pieces because of the shape, I love the idea of the shampoo and conditioner shapes but they are not practical and both ends up in bits. Apart from that it's a fantastic, highly recommend.

I have tried several expensive shampoos and experimented with other bar shampoos in the hope of thickening my hair. Now I am absolutely sold on this and have been using it for 3 months. It father's well, makes my hair and scalp feel clean and has a lovely smell. I bought the conditioner too and both havent gone mus and are economical lasting well. I have fine hair and take meds that thin my fine hair more. Well after 3cmonths of use have had many compliments. My hair is so much thicker and shines. In my efforts to contribute to and convert to plastic free I am hooked and have now bought some of your soaps and the cases.

I actually really like the idea of this shampoo bar, and my first impression was very positive. After washing, my hair felt really clean, smooth and somehow stronger, without that overly slippery feeling I often get from conventional liquid shampoos. I really enjoyed that. However, after using it for a while, I’m no longer completely sure about it. My hair seems to be getting oily faster lately. I honestly can’t say whether the shampoo bar is causing this or whether my hormones are simply having one of their moments, so I don’t want to blame the product unfairly. The main reasons for my 3-star rating are the price and how quickly the bar gets used up. If you wash your hair every 2–3 days, you can really see it getting smaller quite quickly, which makes it rather expensive in the long run. I’d also love it to have a little more of that lovely tea tree and mint scent. Nothing artificial or overpowering, just a bit more fragrance would make using it more enjoyable. Overall, it’s certainly not a bad product and there are things I genuinely like about it, but I'm uncertainty about the oiliness. I’m currently not sure whether I would repurchase it.

I'm impressed! I've been looking at these for a while, I've not used supermarket shampoo and conditioner for nearly two decades so i was a bit scared to switch from my salon hair care products. Been using it for a week, so far so good. Easy to use, lathers really nicely, smells really nice. I'm using this with the coconut conditioner and hair feels lovely and soft.

Hair extremely clean but not dry. Smells amazing!

Excellent for keeping brassy tones away but the down side is yiu get product build up after one wash so my haor felt like it had a coating on it and my brush didnt go through my hair as smoothly. So i wont be buying this one again but id like to hopfully find a shampoo bar that doesnt leave product build up so i may try another different one so i havnt given up yet lol

Point essentiel : produit/ingrédients non testés sur les animaux (marque fiable, j'ai vérifié les certifications). Il est un peu cher, mais il dure longtemps. L'important est de ne pas le laisser constamment dans un porte savon à l'humidité dans la douche. S'il sèche entre deux utilisations, il durera bien plus longtemps. Je ne suis pas fan de son parfum qui m'évoque la fleur d'oranger, mais étant donné qu'il s'agit de composants naturels, l'odeur n'est pas forte, et s'estompe suffisamment pour ne pas être dérangeante. Contrairement à la plupart des shampoings violets, il ne dégouline pas de mousse violette partout, la mousse reste blanche. Il n'en est pas moins efficace. Les reflets jaunes sont neutralisés, sans pour autant donner d'affreux reflets violets parce que posé quelques minutes de trop. A utiliser une fois tous les 3 shampoings/1 fois par semaine, pas moins pour empêcher les reflets jaunes d'apparaitre.

I’m shocked how good is this product really!!

I've been meaning to write a review for this for nearly 2 years since I first started buying this shampoo bar. I'm a guy with long hair and a scalp that sometimes acts like it’s shedding its winter coat year-round. This little bar solves that way better than head & shoulders. I’ve been using it a couple times a week, and it’s pretty much become the unsung hero of my shower routine. It works well with all the conditioners that I pair it with, including the fancy one my gf buys. It's a compact bar that lathers up nicely, lasts me just as long as a big bottle of shampoo, and leaves my hair feeling like actual hair. It sits on the shower shelf next to my other stuff without starting a turf war with my gf's collection of bottles. There's no crazy scent to it either. If you’re after a shampoo bar that just does the job keeps your scalp flake-free, your hair clean, and doesn’t turn you into a walking air freshener give it a try.
