NOT for neck pain.
The main reason for my purchase was the promising review for cervical stenosis and neck pain relief. But my experience was really disappointing. I woke up in the morning with same neck sore and pain. No help at all. I am returning this back

Great good quality pillow
Only had it for a night but this pillow is really good. You need to leave out for a day to it gets its shape, so don't be shocked when you open it that it looks too flat. It does fluff up a lot and also comes with extra filling if you need your pillow more hard.I recommend it to anyone looking for good quality pillow.
