Some believe fair traded goods are better for growers and sellers in their native countries but this is not as true as we’ve been told. Read up on the topic and dig deeper for the truth of that. Research is everyone’s friend.

Is this sha butter creamy or hard?

It is not hard like Cocoa Butter but is a bit firmer than refined Shea Butter. Hope that helps
