Deidreamers 14K Gold-Plated Silver Initial Monogram Necklace

I originally purchased this necklace in a posh boutique in Saratoga Springs over summer and fell in love with it. My daughters love it and when I wear it I get so many compliments on how feminine and classy it looks. I decided to gift them for Xmas this year and could not get to where got it. I contacted the company Deidreamers direct and got an instant response they were very gracious & informative on how to purchase. So here we are! I purchased here on Amazon for less then posh boutique and I am very pleased. Definitely worth it.. great quality :)

The M looked nothing like the photo. One side of the M was attached to the metal, the other side wasn't. Neither side looked like the photo. :( Really disappointed. For the same amount of $ you can get 3 initials customized in gold plated. For almost $50, it looked much cheaper and was also defective. **Update: When I buy things online, I expect to see a photo of exactly what I'm ordering. That's my personal criteria for online shopping. That being said, I was promptly sent a return label and an e-mail from the company that was polite and gave me info regarding a possible design change. Good customer service is always appreciated.

It is nice. Just not quite what I expected. I guess I expected slightly better quality but I guess you get what you pay for. It is decent.

My daughter in-law is allergic to nickel and had a reaction. Must be something like that in the coating. Otherwise, we would have liked it.

I already had this same necklace from Deidreamers in silver and I bought myself one in gold.

Exactly as advertised, very pretty
