Is the chest support removable?

Yes, it is removable. You can also purchase this stool without the chest support. I bought the one with the support so that my guys would have a choice to use it or not.

Whats the weight rating it will hold?

It says around 300 lbs. I hope this helps :)

Does it actually come with 3" casters? Two of these are for sale with 3" casters on amazon with big price difference

yes. It comes with 3 " casters. They may be advertising the Racatac without the chest support, but I'm not sure. Just make sure that both come with the support. We only sell the ones with it.
