Poor delivery service!
The product was fine, but I resent the fact that the delivery driver just threw it over the front gate and left it lying against a bush, it’s a good job I was in to retrieve it otherwise it may well have got stolen, not happy at all with your delivery company!!

I'm Hooked On S&J Tools
This is my third Spear and Jackson tool purchase. I also bought a Banjo Garden Fork and a set of Telescoping Ratcheting Anvil Loppers. Because of the quality of those, I decided to order these Telescoping Hedge Trimmers. They've been amazing to use already, and I think they'll be amazing for years to come. My only concern is the wavy edge on them might be hard to sharpen if/when that day comes that they need a fresh edge put on. I'd like to know how the company suggests they be sharpened given this unique design.
