Excellent quality product, sturdy and relatively easy to put together and use, although I recommend two adults when attaching the base and moving it around, because once the base is full of sand/water it is extremely heavy. Parasol canopy is larger than most. Recommend.

Delivery was lost and then delayed by courier company. Supplier was very helpful and constant communications trying to track down delivery. They sent another umbrella due to lost First delivery. Excellent service. Now received umbrella is very good quality and easy to assemble with clear instructions. Recommend to anyone needing a large offset umbrella.

A well built piece of kit, quite easy to assemble with two people. I filled the base with sand to make sure it was stable, then found I could hardly move it! Once erected it is very easy to put up and take down, and it now provides shade for my hot tub.

This is a classy item. Feels well made and sturdy. Base when full of water is very heavy. Overall were very happy with the parasol and think it will last many years.Edit: reduced to 1 star.13 months of light use only!The winder string has broken. I took the mechanism apart and the problem is it gets caught on the handle and wears out.I’ve contacted the seller and they tell me it can’t be replaced, is out of warranty and so I need to buy a new one. Shame on you!Terrible waste. Admittedly replacing the string will be tricky but far from impossible.For such an expensive item I would expect more maintainability, better customer service and a policy of not sending large perfectly good items to landfill.
