My feet are 23 cm in length and UK size 4 was my correct size. The slippers was comfortable with soft straps, anti-skid, water resistant, soft & lightweight which is also good for running in times of an emergency. The size chart is correct as displayed in the description but I don't know why Amazon's AI tool was falsely referring me to purchase size 3. So because of this confusion, I bought both size 3 & size 4 just to check which size fits me well. So I returned size 3 and retained size 4. Size 3 was also fitting me but the length of the slipper was slightly smaller by 1-2 millimetres to fit my feet of length 23 cm.

I use a standing desk all day, and these slippers ensure my heels never hurt, unlike with normal slippers. I tried multiple other pairs of slippers I owned. Many were well cushioned, but my heels would start hurting after a few hours. This pair did the trick. I've been using it for 2 months now, mostly indoors. Great purchase.Tip: Buy one size larger than your normal footwear size.

Comfortable but not suitable for thicker feet. Only for very slim and thin feet . So returned it. Feet cannot slip in properly
