How do I use this product?

As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule or more, 1 to 2 times daily. If taking more to improve your health, please consult with your physician.

What if I am sensitive to grape seed extract, rose hips, or any of the other botanicals in the Micro-C?

We can suggest our Soothe Wise Elderberry Syrup as it has 100mg of buffered vitamin C, only from calcium ascorbate and magnesium ascorbate in each 1 teaspoon serving, but it doesn't have the grape seed extract, etc.

Are the capsules vegetarian?

Absolutely, all of our capsules are vegetarian (vegan) capsules.
