This should have only 5 star reviews. Wouldn't trust the 1 star reviews tbh. This is a tank. Holds so much, genuinely heavy. Looks like it will last multiple lifetimes. Amazing quality all around. The seal is rock solid. One of the best things I've ever bought tbh.

I'm chronically ill AND have food allergies, so needless to say I can't go anywhere without an assortment of meds. But I also like carrying a clutch or small bag. So I grabbed this in an attempt to not have to carry my huge pill box with me everywhere. The good news first: this thing already saved my butt when I got a migraine and needed my Imitrex 30 minutes from home. Popped open the capsule right on my keys, took my Imitrex, and I was saved. The bad news: some larger or awkwardly sized pills either won't fit or could get stuck in the bottom of the chamber. It's slightly too small for a standard size antacid, for example, and Excedrin or Benadryl will take up a lot of space. I also seem to have permanently gotten an Aleve stuck at the very bottom. Picture a 32-year-old woman sitting in a restaurant trying to dig a pill out of this thing with her butter knife... yeah... it happened. Overall I'm glad I got it, but I may still have to carry a larger pill box for longer trips out.

1. You could run a tank over it, and it would emerge scratched, but totally intact. 2. Of course it's heavier than mere aluminum competitors--but you KNOW this will last. 3. Size, for me, is excellent, as I need to store three different Rx. Dimensions are as reported. Opens and closes securely, but easily. 4. Elegant strength, with supremely high polished appearance. 5. Waterproof, and comes with back-up "O ring". This will replace a much less expensive Aluminum pill fob whose black paint was quickly marred from constant wear on key chain, and which suffered a small dent from somewhere. Unreservedly recommended--a classic example of "getting what you pay for", an aphorism otherwise described as "only cry once" (when you make your investment in a quality piece of gear) vs. "cry twice"--(first when you pay, albeit less, and secondly, when the product fails your needs or expectations and you are forced to replace it); also described by the suggestion: "Buy it Right, Buy it Once".

Perfect! I have to take pancreatic enzymes before each meal. I have no need of carrying my big medications organizer or my bulky panatic enzymes bottle, but forgetting to bring them along results in some belly discomfort if I share a meal with my mom or stay out longer than planned and grab a snack with friends. This way I can stick a couple pills into this tiny pill bottle and it’s there. My keys leave the house with me, and my pills are there with my keys, so there I go. :D It’s very well designed, the perfect size, solid construction. I like that it’s waterproof and comes with extra o-ring seals just in case. I didn’t dunk it in water to test how waterproof it is, but it does have a nice tight seal.

Just as described, bigger and heavier than expected but I’m not mad.

While it's described as the the size of a 'AA' battery, that means total size, not contents. Inside, it's smaller and won't fit an Ibuprofen tablet. Sturdy and heavy, but the keychain loop is flimsy.
