The product is of high quality, easy to install and easy to operate(extend/collapse). I was highly impressed with the build quality of the grills. The only drawback i saw as that it doesn't fit all size beds. The mattress thickness should be between 5 inch to 15 inch, otherwise the product wont serve the purpose. And its not suitable for adjustable beds. Overall i am impressed with the product. I will highly recommend this product but check the suitability of the product for the mattress thickness u have before buying.

Has not been picked up for return … very disappointed . Product was not compatible to the style of bedAwaiting pick up . Did not expect this if a noted brand like Amazon . Have no recourse to contact in manner with my complaint

I bought this for my grandparents. They have difficulty of getting up of the bed. It is easy to used and helpful for safety and support. It has nice pouch on both the sides which is helpful for keeping medicines and other stuff. Easy to install and stays at its place despite of putting heavy weight on it.The price is very economical as compared to the other similar products on amazon.
