They work! My partner developed a lactose intolerance very randomly - out of nowhere - at the age of 31. Just literally woke up one day and couldn’t tolerate his morning brew anymore. After a couple of weeks of scratching our heads and cutting out dairy we realised it must be lactose intolerance. His birthday was coming up and we always go to the same place get huge burgers with tonnes of cheese (shout out Almost Famous Manchester!) which he defo wasn’t missing out on 😂 So I did a bit of research and saw that LactoJoy came highly recommended. They are a GOD SEND. They’re literally like magic. He takes one just before food if he’s having anything containing a small amount of dairy but two if it’s a larger meal and he has no effects of the lactose intolerance at all, it’s crazy. Some people may need two, some may need just one but I can honestly say he can eat and drink normally when taking them. They literally should be prescribable on the NHS - that’s how well they work. He hasn’t tried any other versions but we don’t see the point as these work so well. They’re very easy to swallow, small tablet size, he said they have a kind of sweet taste - he can chew them with no problem although you don’t have to chew them. After his very first tablet he did feel a bit dizzy and light headed (could have been completely unrelated?) but he has never experienced this since. Honestly give them a go, you won’t regret it.

Bought LactoJoy Extra-Strength Lactase Tablets for my daughter, who has a dairy intolerance, and these have made a noticeable difference. She’s tried a few different brands before, but this one works much better for her. Less discomfort, fewer “regret” moments after eating something with hidden dairy, and generally far more reliable. The extra-strength dose is really helpful — you don’t feel like you need to take a handful just to cover one meal. They’re small, easy to carry, and simple to take before eating. Obviously they’re not a magic wand, but compared to other lactase tablets we’ve tried, these have been the most effective by far. If you or someone in your family struggles with lactose intolerance and other brands haven’t quite cut it, these are definitely worth trying. Five stars. Makes enjoying food far less stressful.

I was sceptical about trying lactase tablets, but as my lactose intolerance has been getting worse I wanted to give it a go. I chose this product because I have an issue with swallowing tablets and the other lactase pills I looked at from other sellers were too big. After scrolling through all the comments and seeing other products described as 'chalky and difficult to swallow' I went with these despite getting fewer for your money. Worth it. You can see in the product picture that they're small - about the diameter of a pencil top rubber - and you can break them in half if you don't need the full dose (which is so high you can take one tablet and not have to worry about taking another during your meal). Trust me when I say I struggle swallowing pills - but I haven't had a problem with these at all. You take one small, easy to swallow tablet with your meal, and you're done. They actually work! I felt so surprised and, quite frankly, weird, when I ate a whole pizza and suffered no ill consequences. I've had another few meals containing a lot of dairy since then, and it's amazing. I'm no longer stuck with the two non-pizza options when I go with my partner to his favourite pizza place, and if I want ice cream or cheesecake I can have it. The packaging is really nice - I love the tin. There's a lot of packaging when first opening it up, and the only major downside is that, very unhelpfully, the leaflet that comes with it is in German. Luckily I had a friend who could read it for me, but there's also a lactojoy website, which is in English, and has all the information you need on it (just google 'lactojoy'). You take these pills with your first mouthful. I'm pleasantly surprised with how well the tablets work, and think that the easiness of use (easy to carry, easy to swallow) and the fact the dose is high enough to not have to worry about doing maths to make sure you've had enough tablets makes these worth choosing over other products.

Ordered these tablets as an Emergency because my usual ones were out of stock. They were a bit pricey, £18 for 40 tablets whereas I usually get 120 tablets for less than that price. However these are by far the strongest tablets I’ve been able to find so I was able to take less when I was having dairy products. Never had any problems when taking them, I used to take one if I wanted to have an ice cream but felt it wasn’t enough so took one and a half which worked perfectly. One of the things I liked about them is that the tablet is very soft, and has an indent to break the tablet if you want to half the dose. Overall very good product but will b sticking to my usual brand as it’s just too expensive to keep ordering the LactoJoy.

One of the best tablets ive tried. Its difficult to know how many tablets or how many Alu you need to get to eat an icecream, a glass of milk, or a slice of bread with butter. I was there myself. Tried many brands and this is one of my 2 brands to go. You take one and you can have a meal without being worried if you are gonna end up in the toilet in 5 minutes or not. It gave me peace of mind. Tried cheaper ones anthey do not work as good as this one. One of the advantages is that you dont need to wait for it to work, you chew it and eat. Other tablet have this chalk consistency and taste quite awful, not this one! Also you can have more than 1 a day, so you could go on holidays and every meal just take one and you are super safe. Tried them on an all inclusive holiday where you know theres dairy everywhere, had 0 issues.

These are the best! I suffer with bad bloating and severe gas every time I eat something with cheese! These have saved me and I can go out and eat with my boyfriend now without worrying I’ll blow him away after nachos! I’ve now got these on subscribe and save, thank you!!

These do help with digesting milk products. They improve symptoms. They don't leave me symptom-free, but they definitely help & are worth taking. It is hard to get just one tablet out of the tin. I always end up having to put the extra pills that fall out back in.

These have been so handy to be able to have foods woth dairy in again after becoming intolerant. Or when your unsure. It feels weird being able to order things after 14 years avoiding it. I havent had any side effects or felt unwell after any dairy things. They're pretty small and tasteless. Have a divide in the middle to break them if your only have a small amount of dairy. Though since they're so small its hard to break in half and I usually bite it. The tin makes them very convenient for traveling or going out. Even my dad's

Soy intolerante a la lactosa, pero no he renunciado a tomar helados, como el de dulce de leche, o el de nata, o ha tomar tartas, con crema y mantequilla, que me causan intolerancia, que se traduce en diarrea, gases y dolor abdominal, que me impiden probar siquiera esta clase de productos, por lo que siempre suelo llevar un pastillero en el bolso con este tipo de pastillas, para poder salir con mis amigos y probar estos productos sin llevarme un disgusto muy incómodo. Pero lo que hace diferente este producto al resto que he probado es lo siguiente: 1-Lleva su propia cajita metálica o pastillero que hace muy cómoda su aplicación para llevarlo en la mochila sin que se salgan todas. 2-Con una "sola pastilla" puedo tomar un helado o una porción de tarta sin que presenten las temibles molestias gastrointestinales, algo que con otras marcas y presentaciones "he tenido que tomar varias" para cubrir esa cantidad de lactasa. Por lo que estas son muchísimo más cómodas. Llevan muchísima lactasa en una sola pastilla. 3-Con una sola cajita tengo para cubrir las necesidades de todo un mes. Por todo ello este producto me ha parecido muy práctico, que cubre todas mis necesidades sin tener "que estar calculando en mi mente qué cantidad de lactasa voy a necesitar con cada cantidad de alimento que ingiero" como hacia antes, que para una porción de pastel, tenía que tomar tres o cuatro pastillas. Ahora con una me sobra, y si voy a seguir ingiriendo lactosa en la misma comida en gran cantidad, pues me tomo dos, algo que casi nunca ocurre. Consejo: Tomar las pastillas unos diez-quince minutos antes de comer, hará que se asiente mejor en el estómago y se digiera antes, para que cuando caiga la lactosa al organismo, éste preparado y no ocurran las molestias. Si se ingieren a la misma vez que la comida, puede que no se deshagan a la misma vez y ocurran las molestias. Si hay duda entre tomar una o dos, por la cantidad de lactosa a tomar, mejor tomar dos pastillas, pero esto es para una grandísima cantidad. Lo mejor es no pasarse de tomar un par de pastillas para no tener molestias, porque por exceso de lactasa, he llegado ha tener algunos gases. Y no tomar estas pastillas todos los días, solo en aquellos que no nos quede más remedio que tomarla, como acudir a fiestas, o tomar algo que nos apetece, pero no por costumbre. Por lo demás, un producto calidad precio de 10!!!! Son mis pastillas favoritas para solventar el problema de la lactosa, que hacen que pueda comer aquello que sin ellas no podría, por ello ya llevo mucho tiempo tomándolas sin problema y por ello puedo ir a cualquier lugar a comer. Las recomiendo!

Die Laktase-Tabletten sind super praktisch - auch für unterwegs und helfen zuverlässig bei laktosehaltigen Lebensmitteln. Besonders positiv finde ich die kleine, stylische Verpackung – sieht modern aus und ist viel unauffälliger als typische Tablettenpackungen. Dadurch kann man sie problemlos überall mitnehmen, ohne dass es unangenehm oder peinlich wirkt. 😊 Die Einnahme ist einfach und die Größe der Tabletten angenehm. Für mich definitiv ein praktischer Begleiter im Alltag!

Soffro di una forte intolleranza al lattosio da tantissimo tempo e, dopo aver provato decine di integratori diversi acquistati in farmacia, posso dire con certezza che le pillole LactoJoy sono in assoluto le migliori sul mercato. Ormai le ricompro regolarmente ogni due mesi da anni e non le cambierei per nulla al mondo. Il punto di forza di queste pillole è l'altissima concentrazione di lattasi (14.500 FCC). Con gli altri marchi dovevo prendere due o tre pastiglie sperando che bastassero, mentre con LactoJoy ne basta una sola appena prima di iniziare a mangiare per potermi godere una pizza con mozzarella, un gelato o un cappuccino senza avere il minimo fastidio, gonfiore o mal di pancia. Funzionano al 100% e mi hanno ridato la libertà di mangiare fuori casa con gli amici in totale serenità. La confezione in metallo è fantastica: piccolissima, super elegante e robusta, si infila comodamente in tasca o in borsa senza rischiare che si apra. Inoltre, le pastiglie sono piccole, facili da deglutire e si possono anche spezzare a metà se si deve consumare un pasto con poco lattosio. Nota di merito anche per la formulazione molto pulita, senza additivi inutili. Se siete intolleranti e cercate un prodotto definitivo che funzioni sul serio, acquistatele a occhi chiusi. Per me sono un prodotto vitale. Cinque stelle strameritate!

J’ai commandé ce produit sans trop y croire, parce que je suis intolérante au lactose depuis plus de 12 ans. En gros, avant ce produit, si je voulais consommer un plat avec un peu de laitage, je devais vraiment limiter ma quantité à une infime portion pour le mois, sinon j’étais très mal. Là, j’ai reçu ce produit et je me suis retrouvée invitée à une raclette, chose que je ne mange jamais vu mon intolérance. J’ai pris une gélule juste avant, et même si je n’ai mangé que trois morceaux de fromage (alors qu’avant je ne pouvais même pas en manger un sans être malade), j’ai été complètement bluffée. Aucun effet de mon intolérance, pas de malaise, crampe, rien du tout. C’est vraiment incroyable, et je précise que mon intolérance avait augmenté au point que même un mini bout de gâteau récemment m’avait rendue malade. Donc je recommande à 100 % ce produit, c’est vraiment une révolution pour les gens comme moi.
