Fantastic piece of exercise equipment but has started to crack already and for the price it was out shouldn't be ready to throw away

I love using it

Speaking strictly for me, this device is better than all the spring-loaded twister bars I've bought in the past. I started with the lowest resistance because I have a bum shoulder and didn't want to aggravate it. It gives me a good compression workout with no strain on the shoulder or any other joint. You can do either holds or reps with the thing.. I'm glad I bought it.

This pec bar is exactly as described - well-made and it is not an overly strong bar but nevertheless it’s a good one to get started with - I plan to do this one another few months and upgrade, but for now it is another fitness tool in my arsenal. I love it.Plus I feel safe using it with the loops at the end of the handles and the handles themselves are very easy to grip, and adjust accordingly.

I have the green bar for beginners and older people… and it works great. Well made and effective way to exercise. BUT - the Amazon description and choices are very confusing and misleading, because when you click on the orange intermediate picture, it takes you back to only the advance (black) one. So… if they leave it this way… hundreds of people will think they are getting the intermediate one, but they will receive the black one - which BTW… cannot be bent by any human being. Back to returns it goes.

The bend will not center after use . I tried my best to get a even bend in this product . One side is longer than the other . Uneven . It still works . I get a good workout w/ it . It's just annoying as h_ll .
