These are good and happy they come without iron and iodine which is needed for my circumstance. Have no issues taking them. Price is good also.

I have been using this Vital Nutrients (no iron or iodine) for two years now and it is so great. No side effects, no itchy skin. It has all the essential nutrients for a woman's body plus it is so great that they make a version without iron or iodine. I am allergic to iodine and I can't take much iron either. It is a a perfect product.

I needed a vitamin with no iron or iodine, which is hard to find. This one works well for me. The dose is broken up into 3 capsules per day. Sometimes I only take 2 per day, since these vitamins are powerfully potent. Love em.

They are easy for me to swallow. I feel better taking them..Value for the money.

I decided to try this over my typical vitamin Orange Triad due to the lack of Iodine in this product. The reason is that Iodine is known to aggravate acne in some people. Well I didn't know much of a difference in my level of acne but overall this is a great multi-vitamin. You do need to take 6 a day (not any different than the Orange Triad) so if you aren't use to it, it may seem like a lot.

Excellent multi-vitamin for us Hashimotos folks who try to avoid supplemental iodine. Easy to swallow. No taste, yeah 1 capsule was broken open at bottom of bottle and yellow powder leaked out...no big deal. I have been taking these for about a year after being recommended by a Naturopath i saw for allergy testing. No side effects at all. Few years ago I would take cheaper mass market multi-vitamins and always get a mild headache within an hour...so i stopped taking vitamins. No headache with these.

I have been using these vitamins for 4 days so far. I have been unable to use a multi-vitamin from standard retail stores because for some odd reason all of them contain iodine. I don't know why but whenever I use iodine containing multi-vitamins I break out with serious cystic acne like I am a teenager going through puberty. I can tell a difference in my energy levels when using these Vital Nutrient iodine free vitamins. I am 6' tall and weigh 194 pounds. I have been using 4 pills a day so far.
