Work great and a terrific value at this price for box of 12.
I have bad knees (get shots every 6 mos) these insoles make its possible for me to do a 35 minute high speed/high impact walk which has helped my cardio situation tremendously.

They only sent one pair!
Even after they replaced it they only delivered a single pair in a giant box, twice. The inserts work great though just don't use this seller.

I don't have much fat on the bottoms of my feet, this product helps with the cushioning.

Breaks down too quickly
After wearing this for 2 or 3 days, it will feel like there is sand in your shoe. When you take the insole out there will be blue grit everywhere on the insole and in the shoe. It should have more durability, especially for the price.
