A wonderful critical analysis of the Assistant Principals role in leadership
Kafele has done a masterful job in the Assistant Principal Identity. As a principal for 2 decades, it is evident to me that Kafele has a real authentic understanding of the very important but often neglected leadership role of the AP. He has framed the leadership role of AP in a way that is easy to understand, impactful and shines a much needed light on the position. I highly recommend this book for the seasoned and new AP, as well as principals who want to bring their leadership skills into the 21st Century.

Yes!!! Game Changer
I have multiple books written by Principal Kafele, I have learned so much from him and listening to him. I adjusted my leadership style based on his teachings. I often go back and revisit things I have read, just as a refresher for myself.

Meh
Not a horrible book, but not a lot to gain. It felt very much like books you’d read in an education class at university. More fluff than substance.
