Very nice customer service and help with any issues. This is a great kit with directions for both parts.

I was excited to receive this sushi roller and tried it out within a few days. It worked just as I hoped, and by the third roll I was using it with much more confidence. I expected to need a few practice attempts, and that was true for me. I would definitely recommend this tool to anyone who wants an easier and more consistent way to make sushi at home. I gave it four out of five stars because it is easy to overfill

Works great and easy to use and clean.

I am very impressed with how well this works. However, the "shaping rod" could be a tad bit bigger as the amount of surrounding rice can be a bit thick. The a smaller amount of rice than is recommended makes for a better roll.

Definitely need some practice to get use to this tool. First roll was OK, second roll was better. But when we picked up the sushi to eat, it's kinda just break apart. Not sure it's because of the rice not sticky enough or I didn't put enough pressure on the roll with the tool so it crumbled up. Tried the third roll without the seaweed - and it's complete disaster it won't hold up at all. I will try again next time with better sushi rice tho, it's fun and easy to make it especially if you have kids.

There is a learning curve to using it but once you get the hang of it, it’s great.

No viene completo, la descripción dice que es un KIT y unicamente trae el Sushi Roller, no viene la esterilla, no sujeta se abre por completo los bloques estan guangos y no cierra, no me gusto, recomiéndo que no lo compren, esta muy barato pero igual no vale la pena ni por el precio.

El producto viene incompleto y con suciedad. No se los recomiendo. Pésima calidad
