Is this for sale in the us? i see that it is sold by airzone eu. if it isn't then is there another listing on amazon for us?

Hello Mr Hahn, AIRZONE EU is the name of the company, just make sure that you choose the right reference for your AC unit. There aren't different Aidoo models for US or EU. For Aidoo Wifi Mitsubishi Electric the correct device is: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07TPWBDK3?th=1 Thank you, Airzone Team.

Can the mitsubishi mhk2 thermostat receiver module connect to the airzone aidoo?

I'm not an expert, but I don't believe so. The MHK2 requires the RED3 prototcol. The AIdoo WiFi controller is a link to a cloud based service, and can't be adapted to that model Mitsi thermostat.

Will the Aidoo Wifi still function even when internet service to the house is disrupted?

Aidoo Wi-fi needs an internet connection to work. Team Airzone EU.
