You need to buy an extra carabiner and a ceiling mount bracket. When you get it, you’ll be disappointed that it did not come with those two parts that you need. I did not read the description clear enough to know I had to buy extra my fault.

It really needs some directions. Trying to fit the proper way, otherwise you could hurt yourself. I just hope I can figure it out. I’m afraid to get hurt not understanding it. That’s all for now. So in time I give it another review.
