I have suffered from crashing fatigue, brain fog, low mood and the tired out of nowhere feeling for a good 2-3 years. I couldn't remember a time when I actually felt more than a 6/10. (that was a good day). I would have a great night's sleep and still wake up foggy, tired and just dreading my day ahead. After seeing reviews, I thought, what the heck, I will try this. I NEED to try something. I was desperate. On days 1 and 2 I doubled the dose...uhhh bad idea, you may suffer a headache for the first few days, I had a super migraine.. I guess 2 pills on day one and two were not so smart. BUT... the energy and good mood! WOW! I can't say enough good about this product. I am my old self again. I look forward to doing things again, I wake up clear-headed and I have energy all day again. It has saved me. I was starting to dread working because of my daily fatigue. Now every day is great. After going back to one pill per day, (on day 3) energy was still high.... but by day 6... I still felt great, but not like at the start. SO...I began taking one at noon lunch, and one before bed. a day later...I am back to that astounding energy. And No headaches whatsoever. All of this to say, I don't know what the ingredient is in this supplement that works so well. Surely it is a combination. Perhaps it is the DIM, or the phyto estrogens. I am a larger woman so I think the double dose is probably what is helping to feel my best. If you are suffering from peri-menopause symptoms and that crashing fatigue and low mood/ brain fog. Give this a try. There will perhaps be headaches for the first few days. But I just took tylenol. I could deal with the headaches anyways, a headache is far better than brain fog and debilitating fatigue. This supplement gave me back my life.

Seems to be helpful with hot flashes.

The vitamin company reached out to me about my concern and they were amazing. This product caused belly discomfort and nausea. It's possible that my body system just didn't agree with something in the vitamins. I can say for certain I had more energy aside from the nausea and cramps so that in itself is positive. I read the reviews before purchasing and they were positive reviews. This product works for alot of people. I will purchase other products from this company as they are a solid brand.

I've taken this vitamin for about a year and it's a great natural support for women going through menopause. Before taking this vitamin I was experiencing all the symptoms of menopause, night sweats ( the worst literally felt like my body was on fire); wait gain, and mood swings. After taking these vitamins for about a year the night sweats have subsided, I've lost weight and maintained it, and I've more control over my emotions. Drawback is if you forget to take them the symptoms start coming back.

UPDATE #2 THIS IS NO LONGER THE SAME PRODUCT I ORIGINALLY SUBSCRIBED TO. The original "Estro-Aid" was an amazing product (scroll way down to see my original review) This is not even close. The ingredients have now gone from 13 to 5, and the dosages are far smaller. WHERE IS THE ORIGINAL PRODUCT??? Smoky Mountain still sells it on their American website, SO WHY ARE YOU NOT SHIPPING ME WHAT I HAVE SUBSCRIBED TO?? UPDATE: The ingredients have changed, and this is no longer the same product. The new formula is terrible, and does not achieve the same results. I'm sooo disappointed. The original formula was amazing, and I can't understand why SM would mess with such a successful product. I feel very let down by a company that I used to endorse. So yeah, don't waste your money. After taking this for around 3 years now, I am on the hunt for something new. So very disappointed ORIGINAL REVIEW: I've been using this supplement for 2 years now, and I swear by it. This pill has helped me so immensely that I have it on subscription. Every two months, without fail, a new bottle arrives. It is definitely worth giving it a shot. Some tips...Give it a good 2 solid months to get into your body and take effect...take it in the morning, and always with food, not with a coffee. Don't take it at night, because it can cause extremely vivid dreams (had my first night terrors in my life ever, the first week I was taking it. All stopped when I began taking it in the morning instead) I have had no negative side effects. It has helped with leg cramps, hot flashes, reduced the length of my cycle, minimized bleeding, almost eliminated cramps altogether. No more hormonal headaches or sweating. It is one of the best decisions I have ever made, and I wholeheartedly recommend Estro-Aid for anyone in perimenopause.
