I cannot be positive enough about Florastor. I recently had to take an antibiotic which created serious side effects. A friend recommended this product and within days the side effects had lessened. It’s improved my intestinal health and I now take it daily. It’s one of the few over-the-counter supplements that really works and is worth the price.

I take this in combination with megaspore Probiotics and it helps my gut immensely. I have IBS. I have had to make changes to my diet but the probiotics are integral as well.
