Good for gut issues
Have definitely helped with my gut issues! Took a few weeks to work but can successfully say I feel less bloated and I get a lot less indigestion and heartburn. Had to only take one to start as they made me feel like I needed the loo more. I take them at night because of this and after taking them for a while I don’t have this issue anymore.

I purchased these probiotics specifically to support my vaginal health. I started by taking two a day and now take just one each morning on an empty stomach. They have honestly been a game changer for me. It definately works
As a recent type 2 the medication i need has my toilet habits all over the place. One day of taking just one of these stopped it all. My confidence has returned and i am happy to poop anywhere without fear. As a by product my skin is nice and clear . I will be buying again.

I have been consistently buying this product and it surely meets all my expectations, capsule is easy to swallow , 40 billion CFU is what is claims to give and i have found it to help me for sure! Worthy buy.

These certainly worked, after taking in just one day I was cleared out! I am new to probiotics and learned that a person should start with a smaller CFU and work your way up and eat more fibre!
