Best serum I ever purchased is suitable for dry skin and leaving the skin hydrated, good for people with textured skin or suffering from dark spots, it does the job recommended, korean skincare is always the best.

This has become one of my favourite hydrating essences. The texture looks thick at first, but it spreads easily and absorbs much better than I expected without feeling greasy. The hydration is excellent. My skin feels plump, soft, and comfortable straight after applying it. With regular use, I've noticed a healthy glow, and it definitely helps achieve that smooth, "glass skin" look when layered with the rest of my skincare routine. A little goes a long way, so the bottle lasts much longer than I expected. Just one or two pumps are enough for my whole face, making it great value despite the small-looking bottle. Another thing I appreciate is how calming it feels. Whenever my skin is feeling dry or a bit irritated, this essence helps reduce that tight, uncomfortable feeling and leaves my skin looking healthier. Overall, if you're looking for deep hydration, a radiant glow, and a product that lasts for ages, this essence is easy to recommend.

Those pesky garden snails that I constantly get rid of from the garden now have a new found respect in my eyes. This stuff is seriously good! So I reviewed every webpage, every good - and in particular every bad -review before purchasing. So here’s my honest review after using it. There is no fuss with this product. No fancy packaging to make it deliberately more expensive. It has a pump mechanism which allows a small amount to be extracted. This is a big bonus as some brands make it so the amount that comes out is determined by the manufacturer not the buyer. It is clear in colour, odourless and exactly as you would expect from snail secretion - thick and slimy. One small pump is enough to go over the whole face and part of the neck. A tip I found during my research is to leave the face slightly damp after washing it and this aids the spread and absorption. Then gently tap the face - it will be a little sticky but will then disappear. It absorbs really well and does not leave any stickiness or residue - unlike my garden snails!!! I then use an extra, really small amount, for under the eyes and top lip but that’s just because I am targeting the fine lines (aka wrinkles). I clean my teeth straight after putting it on and by the time I’ve finished it is fully absorbed. I then add a light layer of moisturiser. I swear the skin feels tighter within 30 minutes and the day after it has a new softness. I too was sceptical that this would work from day one but it does seem to be doing just that. I have no negatives - providing I buy it when it is on offer. The only real negative reviews I found online were from people who couldn’t handle the feel/texture of the serum but it really isn’t an issue unless you have an ikk. My only question - where are they getting all the snails from??

Good for face

I did extensive research looking for something to fix my deep dehydration and acne issues without causing breakouts. I want to emphasize that it’s the combination of this essence used together with my new Korean skincare routine that gave me insane results from the very first use-no single product could do this alone. By using them together, my skin was so deeply hydrated and plumped up that my pores became a lot less visible overnight! This essence fits perfectly into the system, melting into the skin weightlessly to provide a beautiful, healthy glow without clogging my pores.

Let me start by saying I have pretty good skin overall. It’s very dry but clear, and I’m also a beauty and skincare content creator so I’m used to trying out products and knowing what to look for. I bought this snail mucin essence during a sale because I kept seeing it all over TikTok and social media, and I was curious to see if it lived up to the hype. Unfortunately, for me it didn’t. I’ve given it a chance. I took it with me while travelling, used it consistently at home and on holiday, but I just didn’t get the results others seem to rave about. When I used it on its own it felt like it wasn’t doing much. My skin didn’t feel noticeably more hydrated or moisturised, and there was no visible glow or improvement in appearance. It didn’t break me out or cause any issues, but it just didn’t add anything either. That said, there are a few positives. The consistency is lovely and smooth, and I like the cooling feel when applying it. It sinks into the skin quickly and leaves it feeling soft to the touch. It’s also fragrance-free, which is a huge plus, especially for people with sensitive skin. And it’s a great travel size. It fit perfectly in my hand luggage and felt like a convenient addition to my routine when layered with other products. Interestingly, it did seem to work better on my mum’s skin. She has more mature combination skin, and it left her face looking more hydrated and plump. So it may just be one of those products that works differently depending on your skin type. I have very sensitive skin, and have used all the most expansive products to help with my skin. My skin got much better over the last year but still wasn’t hydrated enough even when using the “best moisturizers” on the market. I decided to purchase COSRX snail serum considering all the reviews on it, and can confirm I would never go through another day without it. My skin has never looked better, the slight redness on my cheeks is gone, and skin is smooth (paired with usual routine, in my case retinol) I’m very pale so the tiniest spot/ red area/ bumpy area is visible and for the first time, there is none. I even managed to go out without foundation also for the first time. I can’t believe this was the solution all along, after spending an infinite amount of money on so many products.
