Cosrx Acne Pimple Master 24 Patches 10 ml

I've tried a few different 'pimple patches' and I have to say this is the best so far. Easy to apply, pretty decent coverage, doesn't fall off as I go about my day and, most importantly, I noticed a significant improvement from first use of a few hours - the pimple had become smaller and it seems like the patch drained the nasty stuff out of it while I was wearing it! Really fascinated by the speedy result.

I never write reviews but if you suffer from an angry pimple that is hard, never really surfaces but instead blisters or takes forever to go away, you need these. I use these at night as they are intended to focus on healing I read, and then I use their clear fit master patches during the day more for managing the zit and it also stops me from touching it or mindlessly picking at it without realising, which always makes it worse. Literally overnight the spot was flattened, 80% less angry and after two more nights the pimple is gone and the redness while still there is now a light pink and I think its safe to say will be not noticeable after a few more nights - incredible! Usually a spot takes months to calm and fade so I am beyond thrilled to discover these. Only downside is you get about a week's use from the pack if you apply to say three spots per night so a little pricey but so worth it. Will be repurchasing for sure.

I'm always cautious about reviewing spot treatments because on my skin they seem to work brilliantly the first time - and then never again. But so far, so good with these. They don't really seem to be 'medicated' or have any kind of spot-treating agent inside, but at the very least they stopped me touching or picking the spots and stopped bacteria getting at them during the night. As a result the spots were definitely reduced by morning and I only kept the patches on for about 5-6 hours, so you'd probably get even better use with longer wear. I had no adverse reaction (and I have very sensitive skin, am allergic to plasters etc so was anticipating some redness at least) and my skin wasn't dried out like with other spot treatments. One spot was quite painful so by morning it wasn't much reduced but had completely stopped hurting and continued to improve throughout the day. Another had started to come back again by the next evening, although definitely smaller and less red, and seems to have disappeared after a second night of patches.

Good size mix, but the edges are thick so they are quite visible. I've used a blister plaster cut up, cheap ones, but like compeed, and put that on overnight with a little bit of sudocream and it worked just well at a much cheaper price. These would be perfect if the edges tapered like the blister plasters do.

I should probably start by explaining that I have had acne for years due to hormonal imbalance. I currently only have acne on my chin and so just wanted something to help with that as the rest of my skin is now normal. I have tried a huge variety of different topical products over the years, both prescription and non-prescription. Obviously do not expect miracles with a non-prescription topical therapy like this. HOWEVER, this is the best solution by far that I have ever found for getting rid of blemishes or whiteheads pretty much instantly. Say if you were going on a date for example, or you had a party to go to and you didn't want a whitehead but at the same time, you know that squeezing them yourself isn't good and can lead to scarring. Well for me, this provided a solution by clearing up the whitehead within 4 hours of use and reducing the redness. Whilst it won't get rid of it completely, this reduction allows application of makeup to be much better and it absorbs the sebum contributing to the acne. Overall, wish I had discovered years ago and just tried these because I thought I had nothing to lose as they are affordable too.

Excellent item. Was a bit sceptical at first but having read other great reviews I decided to purchase - not disappointed! Applied a patch to a large blemish that I had been struggling with for about a week. Nothing else was shifting it. Popped the little patch on after Cleansing and toning and by morning the blemish was gone! So impressed. They can be a little uncomfortable to remove as they do stick well to the tiny invisible hairs on your face but that's not a product fault. They work really well, will be purchasing again.

These actually helped my skin so much. It was satisfying to wake up and see the impurities on them. My mum didn't even notice I had them on! They reduced my pimples drastically and helped areas of skin that were super bumpy (I have a lot of cystic spots on my face). I have the issue of trying to pick at my skin a lot so these definitely helped in stopping that. Would definitely buy again!!

I buy these pimple patches to use as bandaids to cover popped pimples or to stop myself from scratching certain pimples. Works really great for these purposes and really helps popped pimples heal faster while preventing re-infection. Seeing the patch absorb the pus/fluid from the burst pimple is also very satisfying :D The patch itself is matte and not sticky on the out-facing side, and its colour is translucent so it blends in pretty well with my skin (pale east asian skin tone). The patch doesn't work that well with makeup though because the makeup has a different texture on the patch and around the patch.

I've been using these pimple patchs for months now and repurchased 2 more times. It works perfectly fine for me and I have no complaints. Just make sure to use pimple patches on freshly clean and dry skin, because using it on oily skin won't work \ stick.

It’s the only pimple patches I trust and use. They clean out the gunk from the whitehead pimples (won’t work for flat ones). They help heal pimples faster and really help minimise acne scarring and pigment spots. Adhere well but make sure to apply them to completely dried pimples and not wet. I sometimes apply spot treatment before putting these on after cleaning (always put them on cleansed skin not on dirty skin) and they don’t stick on well cos of the dampness caused by the spot treatment so you only stick them on dry skin with no chance for slip. Decent size and quality is top notch. Effective ingredients and value for money but I do think that it is ever so slightly expensive for pimple patches and would have been better if they were more for the price in one unit.
