These Height Increase Insoles WORK!
I recently tried the CALTO IK302 Height Increase Insoles, and overall, I’m quite satisfied with their performance. Here’s a breakdown of my experience:Comfort & Fit — These insoles are surprisingly comfortable for a height-increasing insert. The E-TPU technology, often referred to as “popcorn rebound,” provides a good amount of shock absorption, making them easy to wear for extended periods. They have a lightweight feel, which is great because some elevator insoles tend to feel heavy or clunky. One thing to note is that they work best in high-top sneakers, boots, or roomy shoes. If your shoes are already snug, these may make them too tight.Height Boost & Stability — The 1.4-inch (3.5cm) lift is noticeable but still natural-looking. Unlike some height inserts that feel unstable or wobbly, these provide decent balance and support. That said, they don’t have arch support, so they might not be ideal for people with flat feet or those needing orthopedic support.Durability — The E-TPU foam material feels durable and retains its bounce well after multiple uses. Some foam-based insoles tend to compress over time, but so far, these have held up nicely without losing height or cushioning.Pros & Cons✅ Pros:• Comfortable and lightweight• Good shock absorption• Natural height increase• Durable material❌ Cons:• Works best in shoes with extra space• No arch support• Might take time to adjust to the added heightFinal Verdict — If you’re looking for a subtle yet effective height boost, the CALTO IK302 insoles are a great option. They provide a good mix of comfort, durability, and natural lift, making them a solid choice for casual wear. Just ensure your shoes have enough room to accommodate them for the best experience.

Comfortable
No dislike, I’m glad I found them on Amazon. I needed an inch and a quarter lift for left leg. I only use the left insert and the right doesn’t get used but it’s worth it because I haven’t found continual full length lift till these insert. Is there a way to purchase just the left and not waste a right one. I lost my length in the left leg from a broken femur off at the hip. It has help from damaging other parts of body. Glad for this finding.

Comfortable but bouncy as heck
If your objective is to look taller, it works. However, if you want comfort and support...look elsewhere. These insoles are very bouncy and the toll is taken on the knees. They are also too small for my shoe. I use a size 11 (USA) and there is a good half an inch from the front of the shoe. I can feel this gap with my toes when I walk.I have used these for a week and look naturally taller. They do become a burden after a while due to the bouncy nature. Do not get them if you need arch support or anything else specific to your feet.

Great product! Wished it had larger sizes.
Love, love this product. Feels light and comfy, just wished they made it in Mens size 12 and up. But great product!

Way too big and bulky
These would in no way fit into a standard pair of my shoes. Maybe I’ll try them in some boots this winter.

Helps my back but difficult to wear in sneakers
I got these insert to provide extra cushion in my shoes for my back due to compression in the lower back and pain from knee injuries. The TPU material adds shock absorbing and padding when walking and standing that helps with the back pain, but lifts the heal a little bit too much for my sneakers. The back of my heals are lifted so they don't sit in the cupped portion of the back of the shoes. These insert lifts help with cushioning and reducing pain in the back while standing and to some degree with walking, but they make my heals lift out of the shoe. I can't fault the inserts because it depends on the type of footwear you're using as to the comfort you may get. The product page says to use with high tops or boots and says nothing about running shoes or sneakers. Overall I get more comfort wearing these inserts than not so they can be beneficial depending on your situation or use, I find they help with my back while they are less comfortable on my feet. It would be great if they had a several different lift amounts maybe one that only lifts 1" instead of 1.4" only.

These are very cushy
These Height Increase Insoles E-TPU Technology Popcorn Rebound Shock Absorbant insoles are great. They are cushions as well as "height increase". I got them for 2 reasons.1 - Due to an accident, my ankle is fused in a specific position. I HAVE to wear at least a 1" heal. Right.... Find athletic shoes with a 1" difference in height between the heal and toe. If you can, they are wicked expensive.2 - I stand on concrete 10 hours a day. If I don't have some kind of cushioning for my feet, I can barely walk at the end of the shift. These insoles solve both problems. They provide the extra heal height I require, and still provide cushion for both the heal and the balls of the feet.My only issue is that they only come in a 1.4" height. A 1" height would do the same thing for me, but fit better in my work shoes.I still highly recommend these Height Increase Insoles E-TPU Technology Popcorn Rebound Shock Absorbant insoles.
