Potential health boost
I tried Feel Supreme Reishi Mushroom Extract Tincture Supplement, and it's pretty good. It's packed with benefits like improving gut health, sleep, energy, and boosting the immune system. I've been a consistent consumer of Lion's Mane supplements for some time, and recently, I've turned my attention to Reishi mushroom for its potential health benefits. The label recommends taking 3 pipettes daily, but it doesn't specify the quantity of Reishi mushroom extract in each serving. This makes it challenging to compare this product with similar supplements. Nonetheless, I appreciate that the supplement is clean and free from additives, which is a crucial factor for me when deciding whether to continue purchasing a product.Taste of this supplement resembles an earthy flavour, one that I actually enjoy. I mix it with a little bit of cold water to create a quite unique drink.A single bottle should last up to a month, provided a single dose is not taken more than once a day. Mushroom tincture but a LOT to take for a recommended dosage
This Reishi Mushroom extract contains 60ml liquid tincture extract which is measured by taking 3 pipettes of the extract daily from the embedded dropper. The expiry date (marked on a sticker on the bottom of the bottle) is 10 months after the delivery date. Using the recommended dosage there is 30 days supply of the extract in the bottle.3 pippettes is a lot of extract, too much and too strong for me to even consider taking undiluted (one left me rushing to wash it down with tea). The flavour is not overpowering but not pleasant in undiluted form. In tea it was noticeable but not unpleasant.I am interested in mushroom extracts because of the potential health benefits I may get in regards to boosting the immune system, increases in strength and stamina and reducing cholesterol.The product is grown in Canada but manufactured in the UK and it s vegan friendly. I couldn’t tell from the packaging whether it was recyclable but it appears to be glass so I would have imagined so. I must say I found the experience of taking this not to be the most pleasant. It is the most I have had to take in tincture form to get a daily dosage. Although I think the benefits are admirable, I think unless I can find a way to disguise in food, I would not be able to take this everyday, regardless of the benefits and hance the reason for my rating.I have taken a wide range of supplements in the past and there are very few I could not face taking daily. This is one of them. The price seems reasonable for the supplement.

Hard to take directly - but still great quality
I take the drops under the tongue and it's very bitter due to the alcohol base. The after taste is nice though, after the initial bitterness. It seems this would lend itself better to being added to smoothies and juiced vegetables. Great quality!Downside: there is no GMP label and it could do with some reassurance standard labelI can recommend.

I Add Less
I have been taking only a tiny amount of it, added to my cuppa before sleep. It works well for me, with just one dropper in a cup of hot chocolate before bed. I add milk to make it less hot and add this substance and the taste is pleasant (with just a hint of a hint of alcohol to it, very vague). These have not failed me so far on a night when I have am over-thinking. Great stuff and lasts a while when I am on such a ration.

Good product
I have been taking mushroom supplements for the past few months and was therefore keen to try Feel Supreme Reishi Mushroom Extract Tincture Supplement 60ml. I found that the liquid was too strong for me to keep taking on its own. It was much easier to take in tea or coffee where the flavour is masked. As with all supplements it is too early to see the benefits but I will keep taking it. It is also vegan friendly. Recommend.

Too strong
Good quality tincture but very strong. Slightly unpleasant taste so best taken mixed with water or juice. Dosage advice of 3 pipettes daily needs a rethink. I rarely get the same amount in the pipette each time. What I need to know is how many ml I should be taking each day and for accuracy the dropper should have ml measurements on it.

far too strong extract.
far too strong, probably the strongest extract i have had.a little pricey and start with a very small dosage and ideally mix it with any other liquid, be it coffee, smoothie, or juice. On its own it is just an unpleasant taste and the aftertaste lasts some time.I would not buy this again personally.
