This is truly delicious and Keto Friendly. They all have around 10 grams of total carbs and 5 grams of fiber with very low sugar if any. They all have 7-10 grams of protein. The calories range from 150-180 depending on the flavor for one half cup. I especially like the flavor of the Creamy Ranch, which is on the higher end of the calorie spectrum; the Cheddar flavor is exceptional too and it is only the 150 calories. The protein makes it a very filling snack. The Crunch is excellent! Each one has some type of nut in it as well as the little crunch squares and some low carb pretzels. Sometimes with low carb dieting you really miss crunchiness, this really satisfies all of those cravings!

I recently tried the Catalina Crunch Protein Snack Mix with Cheese Crisps, and I was thoroughly impressed! The taste was great, hitting all the right savory notes without being overpowering. What really stood out was the texture – it was incredibly crunchy, which I absolutely loved. This snack definitely delivered on both flavor and an enjoyable eating experience. There’s real cheese crisps, chickpea bits, and nuts, and each serving packs 10g protein and 5g fiber. What I liked: • Crunchy and satisfying – not chalky or weird like some low‑carb snacks (lots of people agree) () • Nicely spicy – not over-the-top, but definitely enough to make you pause and drink water. Loved it • Low sugar, keto-friendly – perfect for when you want a crunchy treat without the carbs  What I didn’t love: • A bit pricey – about $1+ per ounce, which is way more than the Chex Mix I grew up on • Spice isn’t for everyone – if you’re ultra-sensitive to heat, go mild or be prepared with your drink nearby Final take: If you’re into high-protein, low-sugar snacks and enjoy a little spice, this is a fun and satisfying option. It’s more of a “treat” than something you’ll eat every day—especially at this price—but for movie nights, snack breaks, or post-workout munching, it hits the spot. I’ll probably repurchase when I’m craving something flavorful and filling.

Tasty. Like that it's higher in protein. But the bag is too big. Certainly more than one serving so then have to mess with clipping and storing. A single serve bag would be great!

Taste like Chex Mix. So far tried the Ranch flavored and spicy snack mix. The spicy one is too spicy for my taste. But the ranch one is very difficult not to eat the whole package in one sitting. Really have to practice portion-control. Cannot wait to try the nacho cheese and traditional flavored snack mix. PRO: Taste just like Chex Mix but not as salty CON: So flavorful that you have to really need to practice portion-control or you will eat the whole 6oz bag in one sitting. Spicy flavored snack mix is very spicy.

The bags are a size of a small bag of chips with 9g of carbs with 4g of dietary fiber per serving but there are 6 servings per bag. This isn’t Keto don’t fall for this bologna. Sure it tastes good but it isn’t keto so don’t waste your money if that’s what you’re looking for unless you enjoy eating 6 pieces at a time.
