I was so excited, the thought of interfacing my basic mic audio with effects and the ability to create my own sounds for my little podcast was what led me to make this purchase. However, the device never worked. I tried various microphones including the Maono PD400x and the caster won’t play any input sound louder than a pin drop. All I hear is static. All mics work connected directly to my computer but not when interfaces with the maonocaster. Audio seems to work fine as all of the sound effects and music are heard very clear. My best guess is the input jacks are faulty causing this issue. I reached out to Maono so I will update when they respond. But for now, this is a 1 star purchase for me until it does what it was intended. I love the pink tho :(

Edit: The company was very responsive in getting me the unit that I ordered. I never minimize good customer service because if there’s ever an issue when a company is willing to go out of their way to help, it really matters. I wouldn’t recommend this if you’re already into podcasting but it’s a great beginner set at a reasonable price for someone to determine whether or not they want to go forward. There are some annoying voice prompts that will end up on your recording and you need to be aware of those whenever you change settings. The microphone is a little sensitive so you need to work on placing it properly, using a good muffler, and adjusting your gain. In the mixing settings and the effects are pretty fun to play with for the price. And again, if I have any problems I’m confident that the company will be responsive. ———- So I ordered the unit in a particular hue. My order says that, and the box that it came in was the correct one as well. But what was inside I was nothing close to what I ordered. I doubt I will ever be in the mood to use a serously pink sound mixing station, it’s a real shame because I was really really looking forward to testing out the features of this unit. But at this point I really don’t care how it performs. 4 ⭐ A very good product that I would buy or an average product at a very value price that meets all expectations performs wonderfully and I would purchase again and reckoned to others.

This podcast audio mixer is a great for making your own video conrent and editing the sound of your videos. It's excellent for podcast. With multiple sound effects it has pitch adjustment, and loop back effect. The sound can be adjust for low medium and high bass and easy to use sliders to fade in and out either the mic or the music. It has two giant control knobs for the mic and music volume. You can plug your phone in to stream sound to your videos or podcasts and another nice feature is that you can plug a second phone Into the back for background music or extra content to be mixed I to your podcast. It has a built in battery which lasts quite a few hours. And it can be easily charged with a standard USB cable. It comes complete with a cables and a very good quality microphone on a small tripod,which features a muffler sock which can be placed over the microphone. All round great quality and cannot wait to make future videos also great for beginners.

This item arrives in a nice and presentable packaging. It’s a compact, portable, great quality, well made audio interface, that would make a wonderful tool for musicians, Podcasters, people who do voice over or YouTubers. With several options for voice control makes it suitable for karaoke at home, which is what I use this for. Both my husband and I love singing, this mixer works perfectly for that. The sound quality is good with low background noise. All the controls you need to mix the sound are contained in this small compact unit. I also like that there are many input options that you can plug into the deck, including two microphone inputs, perfect for my husband and I to use. That said, I find that the instruction manual is not very user friendly, if you are like me who is not a big audio person, it does take a while for me to understand how it works. Good thing my husband is quite a technical person, even though mixing sound and music is not his thing, he knows the control terms, inputs and outputs, and how to put everything together quickly. In short, this is a good entry level mixer that’s compact, lightweight and well-made. There is no price at present to advise on value for money.

You get everything you need in one box for you to be able to stream your podcast to four gadgets - it comes with all the cables you need to do so, plus a mobile device adapter to prevent power draw from your mobile device. There's a USB c port for when you need to get data and power off a laptop, although it has its rechargeable battery. There is a microphone with a tripod provided, and although it's not really the best quality, when I tried it, it picked up sounds from the table it was on, so you may have to be mindful of that even with the noise-canceling button turned on. There are two microphone inputs, and these won't fit an xlr or 1/4-inch cable, so you may have to keep that in mind when you get a replacement. Otherwise, find adaptors online. The microphone comes with an xlr to 1/8 port cord, quite a good length, and quality. There are rubber legs on the bottom, so it doesn't necessarily move around, and the lights are perfect for a dark room - there's a switch if you need them off too. There is a music input for you to play music on the mixer, and it has an output for a headset, so you hear everything from the mixer and the microphone. If you're into singing, however, it doesn't totally tune out the vocals from a song, and that's fine for the price anyway. I also tried the output for streaming, and the volume is not that satisfactory, especially with other people using their pods simultaneously. But I'm guessing I needed to turn the volume all the way up. The best feature so far is that you can record your effects (for example, your voice from the microphone), And the auto-tune can change it if you don't like the sound of your voice. So, there is no holding back from achieving your dream of becoming the best voice actor, DJ, or podcaster. I would recommend this product as a gift to gamers, vloggers, and any aspiring social media entertainers.

Firstly I am not a broadcasting professional however I have an interest in electronics and I do a lot of presenting in my current job. The podcast bundle is great fun and very easy to set up. Powered via the included, impressive USB-C thick power and communication cord there is a simple power button to the right rear of the unit. On the rear there is a plethora of inputs including two microphone inputs, a headphone Jack and three smartphone inputs. There is an additional Bluetooth connection that I have my iPhone connected to. I can for example add music from my Prime music account to the mix and adjust the levels via the control knobs and sliders. The stereo microphone has a sturdy metal tripod stand and removable foam Dougal. It sounds pretty good according to my ears. I’m impressed by the voice changing options under the pitch button which can alter your voice to male,female,baby and robot. These are great fun to try. And whilst the accompanying quick start card is almost apologetic for not being a top of the rang, fully featured, professional device the whole thing is very easy to set up and use. You can be tinkering in seconds and I’m sure you will be impressed if you are like me, new to this? The sound effects are impressive but I would have liked some extra opening tunes samples included. Wow. I didn't expect this to have half the features it does - while still being easy to use. Great for podcasting on the go, or all kinds of audio shenanigans (The pitch changer and auto-tune are really impressive) but the ability to take feeds from so many sources, mix them and then output to three separate devices simultaneously really is quite mind blowing. The output is good, crisp and clear. The mic is 'ok' - probably the first thing you'll upgrade, but it's a good addition to get you started. it really does come with everything you'll need to get up and running quickly - which is really quite a feat. Think you need a cable? - They probably have included it here! Being new to this sort of thing, I was surprised at how much fun it is and how easy it is to get creative and then how good the output sounded.. For me to be able to pick this up and come away with something I was proud of within about an hours worth of playing speaks volumes. The unit and accessories are nice and light, take up little room when transporting them around, yet this thing sounds so good. One cannot be anything but impressed with just how big a bang-for-your-buck you get with this. Definitely a company to keep an eye on - I can see why their other products have won so many awards.. Recommended!!
