This supplement is way much better than the product from brands like Wellbeing, Trunativ, Goodbug, etc.I'm personally consuming the powder since 15 days now with tender coconut, orange juice, water, etc. the tangy taste is good and amazing. If you're not fond of such tangy tastes you can add honey and consume. I've used it for a month and I can claim that there's zero evidence this does anything. Especially when you consider the claims this product makes. Maybe it's the brand I can't tell cause I haven't tried baobab from any other source. No side effects but that's the only thing positive I can say.
