Very good quality, soft, good zip, more space, value for money

As you can see in the picture the product is entirely different from whats shown. The lion is shabby with almost no hair on its head. It looks very bd and poor quality. Waste of money.

Zipper is broken, hence request for replacement. Nobody attended till date (4/4/2025). Pl get it replaced. I repeat nobody attended for taking the item back till today (09/04/2025).
