can one install a 2nd light bar ? (1st on vehicle,2nd on trailer?). Do both light bars have to be same or could a 48" single work w/60" triple? thx

You can wire up as many lights as you want or same or different size or styles. Just not so many that it pulls too much current to make lights dim

With the lights plugged in my truck thinks I have a trailer attached. Is there any way around that?

Newer truck i assume, its detecting a resistence on the circuit, thats why the truck thinks theres a trailer, my best advice if you cant live with the truck thinking theres a trailer would be to hardwire it, but you would have to find new sorces for the signals that is not part of the trailer wiring. Possibly at the tail lights (if they are 12v signal dirven, and not data wire driven)

Did anyone installed it on a 2013 Toyota Tacoma pre runner 4 doors full cab? I attempted to install it and it is about 4 inches too long. :(

Yes, on my 2009 Toyota Tacoma was a bit too long but I made it work, by centering it and have the ends curled at the edges.
