3 Gallon Trash Bags (Green, 100 Pack)

Can't say I've used these just yet, but the packaging is full of styrofoam which makes no sense if your consumers are looking for compostable products.

The size sounded big, and somewhere I thought I saw them referred to as kitchen trash bags. Well, they do not fit my small kitchen trash can. In fact, they are much more the size of a tiny bathroom trash can. They are also very thin, so any trash with edges will threaten to rip holes in the bags. I don't detect that they have any fragrance, and that is ok with me. I have decided that I am very committed to the biodegradable aspect of the bags and therefore will work around the problems of their small size. (I use binder clips to hold the little bags up in the big trash can...I take out the trash much more frequently...etc.) I would still buy these bags in future but I would go for a bigger size.

I ordered these plant based bags bc they are better for the environment. I keep them near my cat litter box for when we scoop the litter. They seem strong and really great. However, I am annoyed bc they are packaged in a paper box with STYROFOAM! I spent extra money on compostable bags only to have you add materials that will never break down. 😡

One of my New Year's Resolutions was to cut down on plastic waste. I ordered these bags to fit my small, round waste bins that I use in the bedrooms and bathrooms. I find the bags to be very sturdy and it makes me feel better knowing that I am cutting down on the amount of plastic that ends up in landfills.

This has cleaned up my compost process so even my husband empties it now. It will hold liquids without drips

I use these to line my smaller trash baskets and also to line the small garbage can with lid where I put the used cat litter. I always use a liner for each day's litter cleaning, as well as lining the small can itself. Then on garbage day I empty it and put a fresh bag in it. I noticed that these bags are not water tight, as in the almost-week's time they sit in the litter can, they do become quite wet on the outside and it is the cat urine coming through (which makes me glad I also line the can itself). I wish they were more water tight.

I want to love these, they're the perfect size, but the material is so thin it isn't even waterproof.

I wanted to use these for a bathroom trashcan, but be careful. If you put something with moisture on it in these trash bags, they will quickly break down. They are only for dry waste. I'm glad this product exists, but you have to be careful with it. Silly me! I thought I could use it like any other trash bag.
