Q: Does it come with a removable floor? If not, where can I find one? Thanks.

It does not come with a floor. As far as I can tell no one makes one. I went to Lowe’s and bought cheap synthetic carpet because we have dogs. When we camp it adds extra floor space.

As the manufacture we recommend against cooking in the Gazelle Tents™, G5 5-Sided Portable Gazebo.

Q: I purchased one with 3 free panels. I never received the panels. Is it possible to receive them?

Double check your order. Seller should honor those details. Are you sure they are not in the cover bag or box? They are separate from the structure.

Q: Are there clear panels?

No. Always noseeum mesh. You can add wind/privacy panels on top of that. No clear, as far as I know. BTW---with the mesh only, you can see out great; but, people can't see in.
