I've been using these gums in my nightshift.I take 2 or 3 at a time and it keeps me awake and focused trough the night.

Could be cheaper, and better tasting but effective
Taste is alright, bitter after extended periods of chewing, but caffeine content is on point 👌There is only 100mg per 'tablet' of gum, so I took 2 together, £0.40 at time of writing, so still massively cheaper than buying a coffee. I have used this to stay awake for extended periods of time and as a low-level performance enhancer, and it definitely works.I've seen some other reviews saying it doesn't work- not sure if they're like caffiene tolerant or something, all I can say is it works for me, and KEEP chewing, it took around 5- 10 mins to really feel the effects, so don't stop when the initial flavour of the gym is gone

Good substitute for coffee
I use these when I've not got the time to make my morning coffee or want a boost during the day. Caffeine taste is a bit funny and takes a little getting acquainted with, but it does what it says on the tin.
