Call me stupid, but how do you turn it on?

On the back side opposite of the logo there is a small power button. Press up to 3 times for different functions. I actually added a bigger button to mine lol

I have to hold the button down to keep the fan on. Has anyone else had this problem?

I bought two of these black blade fans and tried them out today. They do not work unless you are holding the button down. I am returning them.
