Not much to say except, I won't wear another belt again. The width is great, the friction closure is great and allows me to make small adjustment I couldn't make with a normal belt with holes

This belt was better than expected!

I really like these ratcheting belts that seem to have come on the market in the last year.  Others that I acquired previously have completely replaced my traditional leather belts with holes in the belt and a prong in the buckle.  I'm happy to add this belt to my assortment.  It's very well made, looks good, and works perfectly.   In addition to the ratcheting mechanism with one finger quick release seen on belts like this one, it also has some nice features I haven't seen before:  1) The ability to shorten the length of the belt at the buckle end.  Normally you'd need to cut and reshape the far end which takes more time, especially the reshaping part.  On this belt there's a catch on the back of the buckle that retains the buckle end of the belt.  With an easy release, the buckle end of the belt can be cut to desired length, and then reinserted into the hidden clip.  Neat!  2) This belt has a fake prong that makes a closed belt look like it's a traditional prong through hole belt, i.e. like a traditional leather belt.  It works well and improves the look.   If you haven't tried a belt like this, you want to, and this particular one is a very good one to consider.  One feature of this belt is if you're a guest at the dinner table and you've just eaten too much, you can surreptitiously slip a finger behind the quick release and relax without anyone knowing you did.   This belt is a synthetic material web design.  It looks good enough (especially with the fake prong) to wear out to dinner with friends.  More formal settings may still require a fancy leather belt.  At the other end of the spectrum, this belt is built to survive in a typical work environment involving physical effort.  The belt's webbing is tough and wears very well.   Because of the design features I noted above, this particular belt has become my new favorite for everyday use.  With the exception of high end aesthetics, it's propelled itself to being an all around excellent replacement for traditional leather belts, as well as the ratcheting competitors I've evaluated so far.

Excellent design in reinventing the belt. Most belts I've came across have holes and a lot of the time when you adjust it, you can end up with pants that are too tight or too loose because of the distance between holes. This ratchet design takes care of that problem because you can loosen or tighten your belt in incremental levels, so you are guaranteed to find the perfect fit. This is the first belt I've came across that does this.What might throw you in the beginning is that you think you've got more belt than you really need, but I didn't feel like I needed to cut it for size. I found the perfect placement without too much fuss. This belt would pretty much cover every size. Loosening it kind of confused me at first, but there's a little latch that opens up and that gives clearance to pull the belt right off. Ingenius!It's a solid belt. Doubt if it would fall apart or wear easily as some belts can do, especially in the buckle area. This feels more reinforced. Frankly, I'd like to throw all my belts away and get these in a few different colors and then be done with belts in general. The manufacturer states that it's a casual belt, so it would be up to you to feel if you can get away with using this type of belt on dressier pants, but slacks, cargos, khakis, basically any casual pant or shorts, these are good for.I'm keeping my eye on these to see if there is a future deal if you buy more than one. This belt does a fantastic job of easily keeping your pants right where you want them. The design is ingenious, easy to set & forget but also super easy to adjust on the fly if you've had too much Thanksgiving dinner. I love that there are no holes in the belt, I hate having to punch new holes if your belt doesn't fit quite right. This belt eliminates that problem. Will definitely be grabbing some for gifts. Belts shouldn't be such a struggle....give this one a try if you're tired of adjusting your belt all day & night.

Right out of the packaging, this belt was a great fit. Even when sitting for extended periods of time (driving), it maintains its adjustability and is pleasant to wear. I was concerned it might be overly broad and rigid, but that wasn't the case. Compared to my prior adjustable belt, which kept separating from the buckle and necessitated that I trim a little portion of the belt to get the buckle to stay in place, this one has held up much better so far. become eventually insufficient. The belt buckle looks to be made entirely of metal.

This belt has a unique ratchet design for adjustment and a unique design for one finger release.The 100% pure nylon military belt has great strength and the buckle has an imitation prong to make it look like a traditional belt, but with no holes on the belt! You can adjust the desired length exactly as long as you need it.It looks classy, but tough. Excellent belt for a reasonable price. I recommend it.

Purchased this belt to use with my hunting equipment as it appeared similar in colour to my gear. Unfortunately the coyote tan colour has a reflective golden sheen. So, this will stand out a bit more than I’d like.
