This product feels very quality on my first use though I put in a tight ski boot and tried to tug it out by the strap and the strap broke off. Customer service says it's not designed to be torqued so hard and sent me a replacement. Amazing customer service and I look forward to seeing how the products performs. I believe it's going to exceed my expectations.

I've ordered this product twice and both times the storage bag was torn at the seams because it appears the product barely or doesn't even fit. The company should consider using a larger storage bag so that the product fits better in it.

I had a problem with the casing being all scratched up when I recieved them. They reached out to me and sent me a brand new pair. They work good and are easy to use.

To dry out hiking boots

Why did you pick this product vs others?:tried these in wet hiking boots overnight for 8-10 hours and just as wet as when we took them off. Didn’t work at all. Returned.

Meh - not impressed. I just threw them away - you are better off getting electric heated boot dryers which were the same price and work better. Even with trying to dry them in the oven frequently, I often found the boots still slightly damp in the morning. These are also large and relatively heavy compare to the latest electric boot dryers which make them tough to justify taking on your trip when flying.

Seems like it should work great. With that said to storage bag is JUNK it only lasted one use. It's heavy duty but too small for daily use. If you purchase plan on an alternative storage option.

This product is more so intended to maybe decrease odors in a boot such as a snowboard boot, instead of actually dry your boot. This product never actually completely dried my snowboard boots in a night, don't expect it will do so for you. Spend your money on a dryguy plug in boot dryer if you actually want to dry your boots.
