How much would you suggest for 500g chicken+veg - not too hot?

I think 2 round spoons plus a can of coconut milk will be about right . Trial and error , adjust taste with the 400 ml coconut milk .

It will keep in the cupboard. Wrap it up properly and make sure the lid is on tight. But probably best kept in the fridge as it will last longer and stay fresher.
