Writing this review with it on right now. Warm, Comfortable and Easy to Use. I’ve had this electric blanket for about 3–4 months and I’m very satisfied. I even took it to Kenya while travelling and it worked perfectly for slightly chilly nights. Now in my first UK winter, it’s been amazing. It warms up fairly quickly around seven minutes for full temp and the highest setting is more than enough for me, as a person that is always cold. It’s on the smaller side as it doesn’t cover the whole bed, but it covers where you sleep so that’s fine. The only minor issue is the plug area, which can be a little uncomfortable if you sit on it, but it’s usually at the edge of the bed so it’s not a problem. The settings are easy to use, it feels safe, and it seems well-made. I haven’t washed it yet and probably won’t, but I don’t expect any issues otherwise. Overall it’s a great value for money and very reliable.

my favourite thing ever! my holy grail! its pretty cheap too and it warms up well! not the speediest but defo in 5 mins its warm even just on the second setting. u can feel the wires but barely i am not a fussy sleeper so it doesnt bother me but keep that in mind. i did size up and got a king for my double bed as i wanted it to all be covered- from other reviews choosing the actual size leaves parts of the bed not covered.

I’ve had this Silentnight Dual Control Electric Blanket for around three weeks now and it’s honestly amazing. It heats up quickly and feels like being hugged by a big warm bear when you get into bed. My only small suggestions for improvement would be a better strap system to keep it firmly in place, as the elastic ones can let it bunch up a little, and a timer function would be handy for overnight use. Used now for two weeks and it’s just lovely to get in a warm bed I’ve put in on a smart plug so it’s on a timer when to come on & when to switch off. It’s working a treat. Not overly big for a single mattress but definitely does the job. It warms all where my body sleeps. Would I recommend? Yes I would I’ve got a lot of silent night products and all seem good quality.

THIS IS MORE LIKE A HEATED SHEET THAN A BLANKET Purchased this heated blanket (under sheet) as it has been cold on a few occasions and didn’t want to put the heating on to heat the whole house when I’d be going to bed! This arrived and was fitted and on the bed in minutes it has straps that go around the mattress to keep it in place! It took longer to remake the bed than fit this but is practically unnoticeable when on and under the sheet apart from the wire (I’ve fitted it so you can’t see the wire) it is good quality and nice and soft (apart from 1 corner where the wire is) It is not the full length of the bed but I’ve fitted it almost to the bottom of the mattress so it comes up almost to top of back/shoulder height! it does have a corner that has the fairly small socket where the wire goes into the blanket! this is noticeable on occasions when you move and feel it! I have mine at bottom of bed but still hit it with my feet sometimes but not enough to make you want to remove it It has 3 heat settings and an off setting which I found setting 1 and 2 were rather pointless so mine is always on highest setting 3 and how it is positioned really makes the bed nice and warm It does not have any form of timer so will stay on until you switch it off (not good if you fall asleep with it on or get out of bed and leave it on) switching it off can be done on the control panel which is inline on the power cable or via the plug socket!! To overcome this I have mine plugged into a Meross smart socket which allows timers and schedules via its mobile app and I have mine to automatically turn off after an hour so when it’s really cold I’ll switch it on about 15 minutes before bed so I’ll get into a nice warm bed and if I fall asleep quickly it turns itself off

Wow! It's gets very toasty really quickly and stays warm for a long time before the auto-off switch turns it off. Washable, soft and very effective. It's super easy to use - just put the long straps around the mattress and plug it in! When you press the power button, you then select which level of heat you require - so easy!

I love this I use this every day! It’s great with a few tiny flaws- the light stopped working on the unit I thought was broken but still heats up so not sure why it’s stopped the light working - also watch as I bought correct size double and fits perfectly width but length it goes no we’re near the bottom or keeping your feet warm it happily sits between shoulders and knees

Good quality product, Just place it under the sheet turn it on for half hour before you go to bed and you’ll have a warm bed for all night.

I bought this as a gift for a friend, and unfortunately, it does not seem to provide much warmth. I was very disapoinyed when she told me that now after three days is still not working.While a slight warming sensation can be felt after an hour, it is not long-lasting, and it takes a full hour for it to begin working.
