I am SO PLEASED with this product I HAD to write a review! A little background info., I have a 14-year-old dachshund who doesn’t realize how long she is. Nowadays, it takes some effort for her to get down the stairs to the backyard to go to the bathroom. Most of the time she just can’t be bothered to walk and extra foot to actually make it into the grass and instead relieves herself on the concrete patio every day over and over again several times a day in roughly the same spot.She is old and I am just happy she makes it outside.At the end of last summer I was noticing a urine smell whenever we would enjoy time in the backyard. I had seen a couple of stray cats around and some of them I thought could’ve been peeing on our outdoor furniture cushions and perhaps, that was the source of the smell. So, my husband and I took all of our cushions to the laundromat where we stain treated them, soaked them and washed them. Unfortunately, the very next time we sat out on our patio with all of our clean cushions the urine smell was still overwhelming! The hotter the sun got the worse the smell was and the nice breeze we were trying to enjoy was simply blowing the smell our way.That’s when I realize the smell had to be coming from the repeated urine markings from our little dog on our concrete patio. I guess I have never really thought about it before. Thinking that the rainwater and spray from the hose would sort of wash away the urine. The fact that it was permeating the concrete just really never occurred to me. I began to be embarrassed to have people over in the backyard knowing they were smelling urine. I started right away to research remedies to get rid of this problem bleach, vinegar, soap, pressure washing, etc. That’s what I stumbled upon Simple Green! It was a reasonable price and you got the spray/hose bottle plus a nice size refill. It is safe for grass, pets and children so, I thought I would give it a try. It arrived in a few days and I followed the directions. I waited until late in the evening when the sun had gone down to apply the product as instructed. When you apply it, it smells great, fresh like a dryer sheet. It does dry quickly so keeping the ground damp so the enzymes have more time to attack the bacteria is key! With the hose attachment bottle I did my entire patio plus a long 2 foot strip of grass around my patio as it said it was safe for the grass as well. The substance was milky and a little bubbly. You could easily tell where it had been applied.The next day, I waited for the hottest part of the day and went outside on my patio and sat exactly where I had sat before when I would smell the horrible odor. Only this day... I smelled NOTHING !!!! I was so happy and impressed with this product! I even invited over a family member who was trying to help me come up with a remedy to my problem. I asked her to come over and sit in my backyard and smell with me. We sat there for an hour and never once got a wiff of the nasty urine smell. She too smelled nothing !!! Now, I’m sure my little dog will continue to use the restroom on my sidewalk but if all I have to do is apply this product once every few weeks or once a month during the hot summer to help alleviate this problem -that’s fine by me. It has only been one day since I have applied the product so if the smell returns quickly or if something changes I will come back and update this review. I don’t normally write reviews on products unless they are really bad or really good. I was SO AMAZED by this product I had to share the results!

Having a very good sense of smell is a blessing and a curse. If we haven't gotten rain in awhile I can smell the dogs urine on the grass. It is even worse when I am trying to relax in the pool and it smells. This product works very, very well. The initial application has a strong smell - not great but also not unpleasant. That smell does go away quickly and the urine smell goes away. I have used it on stone and grass with no problems just great results. You attach the hose to the bottle and it mixes it for you... very easy and quick!

This is our first year with artificial grass (turf) and we have dogs so after a while the turf smelled really bad. It gets rinsed twice a week with the sprinklers but needed more. We tried diluted Listerine and we tried Pine Sol (which smelled great and help deter flies) but they didn’t really help either. So I tried this and again, it smells nice but doesn’t really work for us. Finally tried distilled white wine vinegar followed up (after drying) with a good sprinkling of baking soda and that seemed to do the trick. I don’t think I would buy this again.

After 2 years of our 2 dogs doing their business on the artificial turf in their kennel (which is over a dirt area) and it never being cleaned with anything other than the water from the hose, this summer's heat started to bring out the odors. We purchased this product and it was very easy to use, offered a large refill container, and worked quite well. The odor did return after about a week though, so we've continued to use it regularly at this point. I think once the heat of the summer is gone, we won't have to use it as frequently. The scent is pleasant, but not overwhelming.

We love this product as we have small dogs that pee in our patio if the grass is wet. This is the only product that we have found that gets rid of the smell without terrible odor. Will definitely buy again

We installed a section of 8ft X 10ft artificial turf in our pets deification area on the side of our home. Prior to that, our sheltie's urine completely destroyed all means of turf we installed. The artificial turf has been great (green all the time). However, spraying the area with Simple Green Outdoor Odor Eliminator only works for a couple of days. after that, the repugnant order returns stronger than ever. Currently the 1 gal of Simple Green Outdoor Odor Eliminator lasts about 3-4 weeks. The $26.99 becomes expensive at this point. I don't recommend this product.

Easy to use and smells great, they don't tell you about how bad pet odors will impact your decision to lay down some turf, especially in the hot Summer heat of Texas. No one wanted to hang out with me in my backyard due to wretched odor but now I'm back to throwing epic parties and people are starting to like me again.

We been using this product in our yard for about a year and it does wonders at eliminating odor in that area. By unfortunate design by the owner. Our hot tub and outdoor dining are very near the dog run/business area. After a good yard cleaning and sometimes without a cleaning. We spray this down and the space smells fresh for the time we need to be out there. No issues for the dogs and it's the neighbors happy.

Llevo usándolo un par de años. Sí quita el olor a orina del jardín. Eso sí, hay que ser constantes en su aplicación. Mi jardín no es muy grande y lo aplico 2 veces por semana. También en la parte que tiene concreto. Mi perro es un pastor alemán.

It is very easy to use , takes little time to apply , and is quite effective . A second application is even better .

I have used this many times on synthetic grass and stones. Have bought it for my real grass lawn but haven't tried it yet on those. But on the syn. grass and stones, it was great. Has a good smell
