This seems to be a good suppliment.

Great products but all of them are a bit pricey for my blood.

I always avoid prescription meds when possible & after trying a lot of different products this is a good quality & pretty effective go-to with no stomach issues or other side effects for me. I took one star off because the price is high for the quantity. One bottle lasts a month taking the recommended three capsules a day which works best for me, & notably I haven't so far found a cheaper alternative that works as well. I would recommend this product to others.

Yes, they seem to work. Helped to shrink the prostrate.

First Night - I just popped 3 of them. Slept through the night without getting up to use the bathroom at all.

I was not expecting much from this product – at least immediately. This review will be candid and self-revealing with the hope that it might help someone else. I am 58 and in relatively good health ( working on my gut :)). However, over the past few months I have been noticing that I tend to wake up more frequently to urinate. Some of this is not that surprising because my son’s soccer practices keep us out late and therefore I tend to eat ( and drink water) late - ( and far too often my dinner ends up being a smoothie). Thus, it doesn’t surprise me that I have to wake up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom. What was bothersome was the fact that my urine stream was not strong or steady like it is during the day and I would have a weird sensation where I did not have to go until I shifted my body position in bed and it was like fluid released downward and suddenly I had to go ( in other words, I wasn’t waking up because I had to go - I’d wake up -sort of- do a little scan- no need to go, shift position & then it feel like I would release a pinched hose inside & I’d feel the need to go ).. anyway, it was starting to concern me so I looked up things that might help with these types of issues- during my searches, each one of the ingredients in this product came up as supplements that would be helpful so I decided to give it a try WITH VERY FEW EXPECTATIONS ( IF ANY) . Literally, the first night, I woke up once ( instead of 3 or 4 times) and my stream was strong and steady just like during the daytime. That has been the case for the past two nights. Now, I am going to try to stop drinking fluids a few hours before bedtime and see if that helps even more. If this is just a coincidence for a fluke, I will come back on here and adjust my review. At this point, however, it doesn’t seem like a fluke.

Very bad on stomach, might be good for those who rat large fatty meals.
