29 Pop Songs For Kids Piano Book: Easy Piano

I am learning to play piano. There are nice songs in the book. I will enjoy learning.

Ordered this as a birthday present for a boy who plays piano. He loved it and was excited to start learning some of the songs

I was excited to get this as an option for my piano students at a beginner level so they could have an easy version of some songs that they know. But this was more of an advanced beginner or early intermediate level. I will probably have to send it back because none of my students are even close to this level yet.

My granddaughter is enjoying this music book. She wanted something other than Old MacDonald.

Although listed as easy and for kids, in my opinion, this is pretty advanced music. My 10yr old has been playing piano for 2yrs now and is now playing from the Bastien Level 1 books but this piano book has more advanced arrangements. Maybe she’ll be able to more comfortably play them in a year or 2.

It would be fabulous if the publishers of these ‘easy’ piano books would show just a snippet of a couple of the songs. Not even a whole page…nobody wants to steal the music, just to see if a particular student would be able to learn. Then we won’t waste the money.Please!!
