These are a good deal and seem sturdy but not too hard.

Good substitute for plates on my leg machine. Able to increase resistance by adding bands until right amount of resistance is achieved.

Used for my players came as expected

I'm totally satisfied with these resistance bands. I've got two other sets and have to "double up" ( that is, use two together ) to get even close to enough tension / resistance. I just had my 2nd minor knee surgery ( meniscus tear ) and am finding the Blue and Black ( and the Red initially ) are plenty resistant enough for me to get an effective PT workout.

These bands are very good and well made. Not a small production error in these bands. They are a bit thinner than the Synergee bands. As for the reistance is a bit weak depending on the exercises... but I mostly used the red one medium and black a few times. It also comes in a bag with great stitching. So far the red, blue and black bands havent' broke on me yet. not sure about yellow and green bands since those are lower resistance.

Seemed good but it snapped on me after around a year of use and gave me a big welt on my leg. Glad I wasn’t using it anywhere near my face. No support or options to contact the company anywhere on their page.

My old bands finally snapped, one by one, after several years (it seems like the ones that I use the least had cracked when I got around to using them again, don't know if that's normal). I couldn't find the same brand, so I got these ones. So far, I have only used the lightest one; after a couple of weeks of use, it seems to have stretched maybe .5 cm. Each of the bands is individually wrapped (which seems unnecessary) and some of them stuck to the bags and were hard to remove. I will update once I get around to using the other bands and more time has passed (hopefully).
