Gorgeous reds and burgundies
Thigh High A gorgeous sumptuous metallic burgundy shade with high gloss and reflection. It took 2 coats for a perfect finish. A List An amazing pop of bright red, without metallic finish. Extremely glossy and luxurious looking.

The colour shown on the image looks nothing like the bottle I have.
Representation of the colour is very poor. I was expecting a vibrant summer red but I’ve got a dark burgundy. I’ve already got that colour on other brands. Really disappointed. Colour representation needs serious work.

A-list - Pinky, purpley red, but not too heavy
I am a massive essie nail polish fan and this polish hasn't changed my mind on that. The stock photos at the time of writing are a bit confusing as there is a bottle of pinky, purpley red and then there is a picture of a hand holding a bottle of red with much more orange tones. Just to clarify, the bottle is the correct colour, it is a pinky, purpley red, not an orangey red. I have another similar shade of essie polish called knee high life, but that is a much denser heavier polish on than this. It's not that this is watery, but it feels like a more summery, lifted colour in the same colour. Two coats gives a great finish - smooth and shiny. Looking fabulous and ready for some sunshine!

Not too keen on this brand. This is the first time I have tried Essie, not too impressed.

Lovely deep colour.
I love the summer look that this varnish gives. It is matt and a nice deep burgundy colour which I like for a special occasion . It goes on smoothly, when applied as a thin coat, to much on the brush I found made it to thick and streaky. I applied two coats which was perfect for me, if you want a bit more depth add an extra coat. My nail varnish always chips when doing my daily chores no matter how careful I am and this is no different it did chip as soon as I started going about my daily chores a few hours later. However on my toes it has lasted perfectly well for days. It is still a nice colour and easy to apply so I will carry on using it.

Exactement la couleur que je recherchais. Application aisée, 2 couches minimum pour une teinte parfaite. Tient bien, la qualité des produits Essie n’est plus à prouver. Livraison rapide. Très satisfaite
