Highly recommend these bad boys! Besides being super Cute and feel pretty packaging, this literally works well! Follow the instructions and it works and helps cravings a ton! Now it doesnt help me with my sweet tooth BUT it helps subside bwing hungry.For those who have heard or maybe have taken the orher diet pill called Phentermine, like I have, this does NOT cause you to feel like your guna die or meed to run a marathon after taking, lol this is a very nice and gentle way to get that cravings to calm down and enjoy a day.Long review, sorry but I high recommend this brand all together with the “Fat Burner” pills, “Water Pills” and the “Chocolate Meal Protein Replacement” powder too!
