I tried these supplements thinking it would help reduce my mid-section along because my nutrition and exercise routine (CrossFit) don't seem to be having an effect. I took them as prescribed for about 45 days (upped to 2 pills a day per the instructions after 3 weeks or so) and really didn't notice a difference. I was really hoping for the results some other reviewers got but I am unfortunately disappointed.

I got these supplements about 1.5 weeks ago. Getting ready for a cruise and carry a lot of water weight. I have been working out and eating very clean for some time, but there was always that layer I couldn't get rid of. You can take up to three per day, I have been taking two, so I do not have a hard time getting asleep. I have noticed a significant difference. I feel like this product mixed with a regular workout routine, and a good effort in clean eating (just don't add the cheese, put the dressing on the side). I recommend for anyone just struggling to get that last layer of fluff off.

These worked for my appetite but I had to stop taking them because I developed terrible migraines while taking it. I gave 3 stars because they did help my appetite but I had a migraine for 4 weeks before I realized these were contributing to them. I am already a migraine patient so I wasn’t surprised to have a migraine, but when it lasted so long I knew something was wrong. Once I stopped taking them I was able to get rid of my migraine

I've been taking these for the last month as im not real sure just yet as I feel like they possibly work to get rid of some fat, but im still questionable so I am going to order more and take them faithfully again and see if I get actual results after 2months worth of taking them...I will do an update on here after if this will let me.

This has been working! I have been struggling to lose weight after baby num 3. A few weeks of taking just one tab a day, because two was too much caffeine for me, I lost 11 lbs!.

It might have helped, not sure. But I think I would by it again and drink more water

I was really hoping for at least a little energy boost but I got nothing out of these. I take green tea. Maybe that effected it. But I took it as directed and drank tons of water.
