I ordered this because I am LAZY. Fact is I always decide what I'm wearing at the last minute and I seen TikTok video that said steamers help when you need to iron. This one was cute 😍 let's be honest and it worked well and fast. Im sure it could do more if I actually knew what I was doing with it. Grab one!

Not what I expected I'm yet to get a proper use of this steamer

I purchased this because a friend said steamers work wonders. I never had used one before. I bought it for some drapes I had purchased and could not use an iron to get out the wrinkles. If you have the patience to go over an item several times it does help lessen the amount of wrinkles. I simply don't have the patience to use it that long. I did try using it on a cotton shirt and had the same results. The product did produce a good amount of steam and has a long cord which are nice features. But again, I just don't the patience!

I was overwhelmed by the number of steamers out there so I kept putting off my purchase. Fast forward to me doing some spring cleaning and needing to list a bunch of clothes on Ebay. Again, I was overwhelmed by all of the choices. One thing I knew I wanted though was a big water tank but I also didn't want a full size floor steamer. From what I could tell, 300 mil seemed to be the largest capacity (with 240 mil being the "norm"). So that's what I put in the search box and that's how I found this product. Even though it had no reviews, I was very impressed by their product video. The clincher for me besides the larger water tank is that you could use it upright, flat, or angled! That's not very common and I personally have not seen this feature before. I've used steamers at hotels where the second you tilt them even slightly, they leak all over the place. Also, since I iron my pillowcases while they are on the pillows, I thought that this might be an amazing alternative! Now that Amazon sellers have made returns so easy I figured there was no downside in trying an off-brand steamer. UPDATE **** I did end up having an issue with the steam no longer coming out but the seller was very responsive and sent me a replacement. I am a huge fan of this steamer so I hope the issue was just a fluke. I also appreciate any company that is willing to stand behind their product, even after the return period.

Purchased in November to use at a later time. Finally took it out to use it and it just clicked at me. Never produced any steam. So upset as the return window is now closed and there is nothing I can do. Worse purchase ever would not recommend buying from this company ever!
