Mini DisplayPort to HDMI Cable

I’m very happy with this BENFEI Mini DisplayPort to HDMI cable. The build quality feels solid, the connection is secure, and the picture comes through crisp and clear with no flickering. It was truly plug-and-play—worked instantly with my device and monitor. For the price, it’s an excellent value and does exactly what it’s supposed to do. Would definitely recommend.

A good solution to connect a JVC TV with HDMI to a Mac Mini on the other side of the room without any other adapters or junction boxes. I thought at first that the cable was too short and was going to send it back unopened but in fact it is very thin cable and was doubled up in the packet. The picture delivered is as good as anything else that is received on this TV. The Mac recognizes the TV OK and allows you to set the optimum picture for either the display or the computer. You need to switch to the display to watch the TV and get rid of the computer menus etc. It was very easy to set up but you need to disconnect from the computer if you are going to restart the computer at all as otherwise the default is a blank screen. All working well so far.

Plug and play, no special software required, I used this on my old Microsoft surface and it did not dissapoint. Very sturdy construction with quality materials, deliver was next day. A perfect transaction.

I can now connect my old apple laptop to my monitor.

This worked great for FHD resolution (1920x1080). But then I upgraded my monitor to QHD (2560x144) and this cable couldn't handle it. Swapped it out and everything worked again.

Estupendo, funciona perfectamente. Mi portátil no tiene salida HDMI y con este cable lo conecto a un monitor HD sin problema. 100% recomendable.

Works with Mac Pro 2012

This cable does not work with a Surface Pro and dock (tested both). Sometimes it works partly, resulting in flickering or at best a distorted picture (depending on picture content). Tested with another monitor, same issue. Also tested with a HDMI to DVI converter, gave some better results, but still the above problems would occur every now and then. Don't know if this cable will work on other hardware than a Surface Pro and dock, didn't test that. I then bought another Mini DisplayPort to HDMI cable in a local store (an active one, HAMA 200711, €29,99), that worked perfectly. Tested resolution: 1080p60Hz. I returned this cable to Amazon.
