Spirit Energy + 10-inch Stainless Steel Ceramic Nonstick Fry Pan with Lid

I could never get eggs to cook without sticking in the stainless steel pans, so added this to the collection. Works really well, and best of all, eggs don't stick! Very sturdy construction, you can feel it by the weight. No hot spots, distributes the heat very well for even cooking.

Absolutely LOVE IT! It is perfect. I see some low reviews, but from doing research, it really depends on your long term care/clean. These pans do not ever need to be at medium heat or above. They heat up fast. So L-M is the sweet spot. Don’t let them sit on the heat empty. Only use wooden or rubber spatula/spoon. Wait until they are cold to clean. Gentle wash (so easy). It really is a beautiful, heavy duty pan. I have 2 from this line. Lovely

I’m a chef and this is one of the best I’ve ever used for my own home kitchen. *It will last a very long time if you pay attention to the direction to: 1 - not use on very high heat, 2 - always put even a tiny bit of oil of any kind in the pan, 3 - only use a gentle scrubbing sponge when cleaning !! Many people don’t know about the heat limitations of non-stick or that non-stick doesn’t mean no-oil is required. This brand is fabulous and the quality/craftsmanship/design is wonderful, lid is also well-made and durable. Highly recommend 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

According to the store, and my order I have a Zwilling “Spirit” Energy + 10” Pan with Lid. I Received a Zwilling Energy Plus per the packaging. There is a difference! The Zwilling Spirit series is not Ceramic, and they are made for Bed Bath & Beyond. I got what I wanted but other buyers may not.
