Honestly, for the price, you can't beat it. I have been using this stethoscope for a year now and never had any issues - the sound quality is spot-on. It can come in a huge range of colours for individuality and personality. I really really recommend this for any student nurses

For the prices you couldn't have asked for better. This stethoscope saw me through FY1and FY2. Used in A&E and it was more than adequate for my level, and likely beyond. You are able to hear all murmurs, chest sounds, bruit and bowel sounds perfectly. If you're strapped for cash I would definitely recommend this stethoscope. You don't need a fancy Litmann to be a good clinician. Looks really nice (had many compliments about the black design over the two years), has a nice weight to it.e Only limitation is that the bell and diaphragm are on different sides and sometimes the stethoscope turns without you realising. This is an issue with all stethoscopes of this design, so don't let that put you off. Will buy again if I need a new stethoscope.

I use a Littmann Cardiology III for my hospital job but have started doing more regular prehospital work. I wanted a cheaper alternative to my Littmann as things have a habit of getting damaged in the prehospital environment. I looked at the classic 3, having had the classic 2 SE as a student but found this to be nearly £70. I therefore started looking for a Littmann alternative. MDF seemed to have the best reviews so I ordered the MDOne. I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived. I went for the all black version and it looks really good quality. The ear tips are super comfy and I think preferable to Littmann’s. After reading previous reviews, I thought the sound might not be quite as good but I found it to be incredibly high quality. The fact that the stethoscope comes with a lifetime warranty and free replacement parts was the icing on the cake. I would now buy an MDF MDOne over the Littmann classic any day and suspect I will replace my main stethoscope with an MDF one when the time comes.

A good, not great, quality stethoscope. A clear strong pick-up when auscultating the chest and bowel sounds, as for heart sounds ...its okay. It's well made and although it's not a Litmans, its not far off. The head and diaphragm aren't quite the same quality but then then its half the price. I've used mine everyday for just over a year in all conditions ( I'm a Paramedic ) It's been thrown in the bottom of my bag, stood on, dropped, caught in door handles etc and it's taken me over a year to break it so its pretty robust. I'm here to order another replacement so that's the best recommendation I can offer. Why aren't I buying a Litmans....it breaks my ( penny pinching Yorkshire) heart when I leave them on scene...

I can hear heart sounds perfectly, I can hear lung sounds perfectly and I can hear bowel sounds perfectly. This Stethoscope if premium quality for the low price of £49.99. I would definitely recommend this Stethoscope to a friend

Love my stethoscope have used it throughout my prescriber training. Had compliments on the color (purple) too and can hear what I should be hearing so functionality is good especially for the price compared to others!

The item is what it is. No better or worse than other manufacturers. The 'free parts for life program' doesn't work. I ordered free replacement parts via the official website a month ago and have not received anything.

This stethoscope is great. I'm a first year paramedic student and did lots of research before buying this. Being on a limited budget I was apprehensive about buying this over a littmann. I have to say I couldn't be happier. I've compared it to other littmanns and I can say that this is much louder. My mentor often steals it as it's clearer and louder than her littmann. Only draw backs in comparison to a littmann is that it's slightly heavier and the tubing isn't as flexi. But the pros out weight the cons. I wish i'd brought the rose gold now.

Das Stethoskop ist super. Es kam schnell an, in einer guten Verpackung und hat auch Ersatzteile für Ohr und Abhörteil. Es sieht auch optisch toll aus und hat ein Namensanhänger.

This is a nice stethoscope. I'm able to hear very well through it. My only issue is, it's very heavy. Not necessarily a bad thing, but makes it difficult to wear around my neck for long. The bell side slides down and about knocks my patients out due to the weight. Again, well made, but something to think about.
